Hi, I’m Jess!

Certified sleep consultant, MA in counseling, and mom of two little girls. But honestly, the thing that motivates me most is having lived through the fog myself.

I’ve felt the tiredness that runs deep. The desperation for just one longer stretch of sleep. The panic that wells up when the cries persist. The desire for someone to just tell you what to do. And I’ve felt the deep relief of experiencing consistent sleep once again. It changed our nights and it changed us.

Woven Rest is more than a sleep plan sitting in your inbox.

It's the feeling that someone actually sees what you're carrying—and that it doesn't have to stay this hard.

I care about more than just nap schedules; I care about you.

I know it’s not easy to ask for help. There are many threads to your story that have brought you here—and new threads to be woven. Your family's sleep journey can look different than it does tonight.

I'd be honored to support you. When we work together, you can expect personal care, professional guidance, and a sensitivity to your specific situation. You won’t get one-size-fits-all solutions, but you will get methods that fit your needs and values. Through a comprehensive intake and daily check-ins, you can have confidence that you will not walk alone, and that your family will know rest.

Kind Words from a Parent

“Jess was there for me in the trenches of motherhood when I had newborn twins and was completely sleep deprived. She helped me establish good routines and habits for my babies and gave me hope that rest could be possible even with two babies and a toddler. I was truly at the end of myself and just needed someone to tell me what to do, and she so thoughtfully crafted a plan for not just one baby but two babies, taking into account the various challenging dynamics of twins and even each baby’s unique personality and sleep patterns. I am so grateful to Jess for walking through this season with me and would recommend her to any sleep-deprived parent!”
