Feeling worn and weary?

Sleep advice is noisy. Google searches at 3 a.m. offer solutions that seem to work for everyone’s child, but not yours. Mix in well-meaning advice that conflicts with what you read last night, and you feel confused. What worked a few nights ago isn’t working tonight. Your child’s tired. You’re tired.

Jess, founder of Woven Rest

You’re not alone.

Parenting in the little years can feel exhausting and isolating.  Thankfully, it doesn't have to be. Your story may not look like your neighbor's, but rest IS possible. And you don't have to figure it out alone!

If you find yourself in the trenches and need extra support, I’d love to help. I offer multiple packages for your family, and give you encouragement, reassurance, and practical guidance every step of the way.

Why Woven Rest?

In the exhausting seasons of parenting, days and nights quickly blur together. It's easy to lose perspective. To see only one thread rather than the fabric of sleep that’s being woven together. You wonder if rest will ever come. And yet, sleep doesn’t depend on just one thread. Your child's age, temperament, and rhythms, together with your values, schedule, and comfort level all matter. I help with . . .

  • Frequent night wakings

  • Short naps or no naps

  • Early morning wake-ups

  • Rocking or feeding to fall asleep

  • Sleep regressions and nap transitions

  • Bedtime Battles

  • Transitions to daycare, beds, and new siblings

  • Tips on travel and time changes

  • Sleep environment assessment

One Parent’s Story

“By the time our son was seventeen months old, he had slept through the night less than five times in his entire life. We were beyond exhausted, barely functioning, and our evenings were filled with anxiety about the night to come. When we started working with Jess, on just the second night, our son essentially slept through the night. By night five, he was sleeping twelve hours straight and going down without a peep. We couldn’t believe it!”

Common Questions Parents Ask

If you have additional questions, I'd love to hear them!

Let’s get you some sleep.

Hesitant about sleep training?

Sleep training comes with a lot of noise and differing opinions these days. I get it. There's a lot of information out there, and it's hard to know what to trust. At its core, sleep training is teaching a skill, with your support. There is no single method, and you choose what fits your family's values and preferences. Asking for help with sleep can be a part of caring for both your child and your own health, and rest can actually increase your bond with them. Whatever your child's age or story, there's always a gentle place to start.
